Design an amazing wedding cake min +2 tiers and more. The wedding cake should be completely covered with sugar paste / fondant and decorated. Dummy/artificial tiers can be used. For the layers of the cake, only internal supports are allowed. All kinds of flowers (edible paper, isomalt and flower paste) can be prepared on the wedding cake. You cannot use any non-edible material on your wedding cake. You are free to choose colors and themes for your design. If the jury deems it necessary, it is important that you give stages and the construction photos of the techniques you use in more detail. You must send a brief explanation of techniques and descriptions of materials and the tools used for the work is required. Entry must be new and done by the competitor.

Cookies decoration. You can make one or more cookies as you like. You can make a theme with your cookies or can be separate designs. 3D display Cookies is not accepted. Cookies must be edible. The content of the cookie depends entirely on you. There is no size or dimensions limit for your cookies. Use a clean and solid color background for the presentation of your cookies. Cookies cannot be applied in the paste copying machine. The base of your model should also be covered with an edible substance (sugar paste, etc.) visually. You must provide an explanation of the theme, the main cookie, the base, the techniques and the materials you use. Judges may request more detailed photos of the techniques they use in relation to their product if they deem it necessary. You must send a brief explanation overall the entry. Your entry must be new and done by you.

Butter Cream Cakes

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

In this category, all types of buttercream are allowed for coating and decorating the cake (American buttercream, French cream, Swiss/Italian meringue, etc.), as well as the use of whipped cream. We ask that you make at least a 2-tiered cake, for which there are no size restrictions – and the base can be polystyrene/styrofoam, but it must be built according to the pattern and structure of a real cake. The individual levels must have a classic shape (cylindrical, square, octagonal, etc.) The use of filler/floating levels and spacer columns is not allowed. A general description of the chosen topic, applied technique and materials must be attached to the concert piece. If necessary, the judges will also provide additional, more detailed photos
they can ask about the project. You can only enter with your own work.

Design an amazing Sculpted cake with a real cake. It must be Full edible and sculpted. You can use RKT in some parts of the cake. The cake should be completely covered with sugar paste / fondant and decorated. Dummy/artificial tiers can NOT be used. For the layers of the cake, only internal supports are allowed. All kinds of flowers (edible paper, isomalt and flower paste) can be prepared on the cake. You cannot use any non-edible material on your cake. Make six cupcakes with a theme as you like. All decorations on cupcakes must be edible.  All cupcakes would need a well-made well piped icing under its cupcake topper to see if a cupcake topper is not too heavy and is well-balanced. The way the cupcakes are displayed, the matching wrappers, the extra side modeling make a huge difference be careful on that. The base plate or drum should be completely covered with an edible material, If desired, the edge can be turned with a ribbon. You must send a brief explanation of techniques and descriptions of materials and the tools used for  the work is required. All work must be new and done by the competitor.
